Huey V releases “After The Deal”

With Black History Month looming, rising star Huey V has released the powerful new single “After The Deal.” The track, produced by V Spence, features the Milwaukee artist pouring his heart out about struggling to maintain his independence and having to leave loved ones behind:

The accompanying video shows Huey V taking us around his hometown courtesy of Shula The Don. In this video, you can see him delivering his lyrics from various locations in the city, displaying his love for fellow residents, and mobbing heavily with his crew.

Huey V signed with Memphis Bleek’s Warehouse Music Group and released the seven-song project last year. His most recent work, As Above, contains more of the heartfelt, vivid, and honest subject matter that has quickly made him famous. He is currently making plans for an upcoming sequel, which hopefully will arrive sooner rather than later.
