Yellow Tape 2 Deluxe Edition, adding on 10 new tracks to this month’s release, will be announced later this month by Key Glock. In service to the public today (March 17), he delivers a new single from the upcoming upgrade, “Play For Keeps,” which sees Memphis’ emcee as aggressive in lyrical terms as ever:
It seems that Key Glock is taking cues from his Yellow Tape 2 artwork, as the accompanying video for “Play For Keeps” In the background, high-end vehicles with a bright yellow tint surround him. There’s pretty much nothing here. This video almost serves as a reminder to all detractors who think Glock is slipping, which is obviously not true.
As we recently reported, Key Glock, one of the producers of the forthcoming release Yellow Tape 2 (Deluxe), has issued an announcement of his retirement, which is likely to be related to the loss of his close family member and collaborator Young Dolph. Son of a Gun emcee hinted at switching to another type of entertainment on Twitter:
