The House Is Burning is Isaiah Rashad’s much-anticipated sophomore album, which boasts 16 dope tracks and guest appearances from Jay Worthy,  Duke Deuce, Lil Uzi Vert, Smino, Jay Rock, 6LACK, SZA, and more.  With 41,000 album equivalent units sold in the first week, the album proves to be both a return to form for the Tennessean artist and a commercial success, bringing him into the top ten of the Billboard 200 chart for the first time.

As Mez Heirs and Jack Begert direct the clip, Rashad rides around in a classic Mercedes single-handedly, with a crew following along. At a gas station he stops and performs prior to a dope cameo by Denzel Curry, Childish Major and REASON sprinkled throughout. In another verse, YGTUT shows a darker side of himself while washing blood from his hands in a dimly lit bathroom.

As Rashad’s second official release after the 2016 release The Sun’s Tirade, The House Is Burning follows in his footsteps. There were seventeen tracks on that release, including contributions by Kendrick Lamar, SiR, Zacari, Skiiiwalker, Lance and Kari Faux. The Sun’s Tirade also housed classic singles like “Park,” “Free Lunch,” and “4r da Squaw.”
