Epix’s hit show “Godfather of Harlem” returned in August after a midseason break, and its star-studded soundtrack provided an even more enjoyable experience for fans. Among the cuts are Swizz Beatz’s “Please Forgive Me” featuring Bay Area’s Larry June, and his accompanying video will arrive today (Aug 27). The visuals in the visual are in line with the show’s spirit, showing the duo counting money, doing business, and taking everything in stride as Swizz opens up:

In addition to the release of “Forgot About the Streets” with Melvoni, Brillo, and Badda TD, and “Been To War” with DMX, French Montana, and Swizz Beatz, “Prince Hakeem” with India Shawn and ADÉ , a more recent cut was “No Bark When I Bite,” a collaboration between the Natalia Kills-led band Cruel Youth and Rick Ross. Buddy (who also appeared on season 1’s soundtrack), DDG, and more are all featured on the full soundtrack.

Larry June released his Orange Print project in June, and has been providing fans with smooth visuals at a steady pace ever since. During the first hour, we heard songs like “6am In Sausalito,” “Still Cookin,” and “Intercepted” with Money Man. As of June, the Orange Print has already reached over 25 million streams, making it into the Billboard Top 200 for the very first time. The end of the year saw Larry June slide in Numbers as one last project after a busy and successful year. The Numbers project, which was named after one of Ro James’ most popular ad-libs, Monroe Flow, features Ro James, Jay Worthy, Dej Loaf, and more.
