Lil Wayne rereleased his acclaimed Sorry 4 The Wait project on streaming services last month, following an official rerelease a decade ago that came out before streaming services became as popular as they are today. With the momentum from the mixtape continuing, he has released a visual for “Cameras,” which is the track that opens the project. A lot of the production on the song comes from Pi’erre Bourne, and he even shouts him out in the lyrics:

A few months back, Lil Wayne and Rich The Kid delivered Trust Fund Babies, a 10-song offering that included a guest appearance from YG. Lil Wayne has been sporadic in his work the last two years, especially in collaborations. He worked with Mozzy and Dame D.O.L.L.A for the “Right One” video, Dababy on “Lonely,” collaborated with Polo G on the “GANG GANG” song, he teamed up with Moneybagg Yo to remix LPB Poody viral “Batman” track, made an appearance on KSI’s All Over The Place album on the track “Lose,” as well as reuniting with Nicki Minaj for “Seeing Green” and Young Money protege Drake. Most recently, Weezy featured on Moneybagg Yo’s song “Wokesha” with Ashanti for the official remix.
