This past February, Flo Milli released a new song called “PBC” (or “Pretty Black Cute”), which features a genre-bending, house-inspired beat from Young Fyre that is an ode to all Black women who care about music. As part of the release of the song, Alabama’s talented young producer releases a creative and vibrant music video. Amber Park is behind the video, which matches the empowering lyrics perfectly:
Flo Milli has been releasing Mixtapes for a couple of years, including her debut Ho, Why Are You Here?, full of well-received cuts such as “Weak.” “In The Party,” “Not Friendly,” “Beef FloMix,” and “Like That Bitch.” Since then, she has released singles such as “Ice Baby,” “Roaring 20s,” “Blast Off,” and “Back Pack (Flora The Explorer),” the latter of which appears on the soundtrack of the Netflix film Bruised. Other than her own solo releases, Flo Milli has also provided vocals for $NOT “Mean,” Pia Mia “HOT (Remix),” Yung Bleu “Good,” Baby Tate “I Am,” Rich The Kid “Nasty,” Big Freedia “Better Be,” GoldLink “Raindrops,” Rico Nasty “Money,” and YungManny “Clap For ‘Em.” She has also worked with Pooh Shiesty, 42 Dugg, Coi Leray, Rubi Rose, Blxst, and many others as part of the XXL Freshman class.
