The album Ghetto Gods was released by EarthGang at the end of last month. The project included contributions from Musiq Soulchild, Future, J. Cole, Lynae Vanee, Baby Tate, Ari Lennox, and few others. During today’s 7th anniversary celebration of “BILLI,” the dynamic duo releases a brand new music video for the standout track that finds EarthGang on the trail of some cash:
As a result, the clip has a very brief running time of just over two minutes, which noticeably does not include Future’s guest verse on the original song. “To be continued” flashes across the screen throughout the video, possibly hinting that an extended version will be published sooner rather than later.
EarthGang released their new project as well as announced their rescheduled European tour schedule along with the announcement of the North American “Biodeghettable” tour. A number of concerts were also scheduled during the tour, including the band’s debut festival performance of the year at Okeechobee Festival on Mar. 4th and additional festival appearances at Boston Calling and Electric Forest Festival. Those who are fans of the band will appreciate the fact that they’ll be playing most of the major cities including Chicago, New York, Washington DC, Los Angeles, and plenty more. At the end of June, the duo will finish up the first leg of their tour, and in November they will begin their second leg.
