The video for “NGL” by M1llionz is out now.

The past couple of years have been quite busy for M1llionz. The Birmingham emcee, who made his mark on the UK’s underground drill scene during the pandemic, released a number of hits including “B1llionz,” “Y PREE,” and “LAGGA.” In September, he released his debut full-length Provisional Licence, a 12-track collection which featured collaborations with Headie One, AJ Tracey, Lotto Ash, and Jevon. It was the first time M1llionz entered the UK Albums chart on a top ten spot.

On Tuesday (Mar. 10), M1llionz dropped his first single of 2022, “NGL”, a harder-hitting track produced by Pyrex Kenny, which finds the rapper keeping things street-oriented:

Chauffeur also provided a matching visual for “NGL”, which shows him leading a crowd of onlookers through the streets of Birmingham. M1llionz delivers his bars in numerous locations in the city, as motorbikes and high-end vehicles are evident everywhere.

The Guardian interviewed M1llionz about the anti-drill movement that has been growing among politicians and law enforcement, something that has also been occurring throughout the city.
